Conserve water and cut your bills! The Aquastore filters your bathroom waste water to re-use in the garden or for outside cleaning. How does it work? A unit simply attaches to the bath, shower and sink waste pipe, diverting the used water down through the filter where it is cleaned, before being deposited in a water butt, which the system is housed on. What type of water butt do I require? The Aquastore Garden Solution system fits on the top of any water butt with an aperture of 370mm (14"). Our Standard Barrel (136 or 210l), Classic Barrel (113l) or Beehive Waterbutts are all perfectly suitable. What is the Alchemi filter? The Alchemi filter uses sea water as its main component. Combined with activated carbon, this filter medium requires no chemicals and is efficient in both bacterial and soap elimination, bringing the water back to within European bathing water regulation standards. Can I install this myself? The Aquastore Garden Solution system can be installed by anyone with basic DIY skills within a couple of hours. |
