We believe in transparency and simplicity when you place an order online. For that reason, we have a policy of making a single, flat-fee charge for postage and packaging depending on your location - however much you order.

We pride ourselves on our reliable service and we're proud of our fast delivery and excellent stock control. Orders are generally despatched by courier service but depend on processing and despatch lead time in our warehouse. We're not here to mislead anyone - that's why when we're busy, we publish our extended lead times. Most orders will be delivered well inside this timescale but please allow the following :

Next Working Day Delivery
For £8.95 we will despatch on a next day service (Overnight) for next-working day delivery (delivery between 8am and 7pm) for UK mainland only. Orders need to be made before 2pm to be despatched the same day.
Next Working Day Delivery AM Service
For £10.95 we can offer an AM delivery service - however, this service can only be ordered by phone to ensure availability. We use both Parcel Force, NightFreight and Yodel for our courier service and they offer an insured, trackable delivery service.
If you order by 2pm on a Thursday afternoon, we can arrange delivery on a Saturday for you at a charge of £10.95. Simply select the Saturday Delivery option when placing your order. Note, usual lead times (shown above) apply. Available for England & Wales customers only.
Our couriers are Yodel, Nightfreight, DPD and Parcel Force, but if you live in some remote parts of Scotland, in Northern Ireland, or on an offshore island; your goods may arrive by Royal Mail.
What if I'm not in when they deliver?
Depending on the delivery method we've used we can instruct our couriers to leave goods in a convenient, safe place at your property (e.g. by the front door, or next to the garage). Alternatively - do not panic! We'll leave a little card through your letterbox and you can contact our couriers / the post office to arrange a convenient day/time. Alternatively, at the time of ordering, you can specify a separate alternative delivery address.
Can I specify an AM or PM delivery?
Unfortunately this is not possible given that the delivery routes are not calculated until the morning of delivery. But do not despair! As per the above question, we can leave it in a safe place for you. You can even specify a separate delivery address if you wish.
