On-Site Collections

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are currently unable to offer on-site collections for pre-paid online orders.  Once the lockdown has been lifted, we will revert to normal, as per below.

If you live locally and you want to avoid paying a delivery charge, we can offer a collection for pre-paid orders from our Hitchin office by appointment only, on Tuesday to Friday only and between 10:00am and 15:00pm.  These hours are in place to avoid additional waiting times.

Please call our customer service team on 01462 341 161 to make an appointment with your order number ready.  This gives us time to discuss and prepare your order before you make your way to our offices.  Payments must be made prior to visiting our offices.

Please also note that some of our products are large sized and may require commercial vehicles to transport goods.  For example, any water butt or composter over 250L in size may be difficult to fit into a small to medium sized car.
